BEHIND JULIE STEINER FITNESS

As a childhood cancer survivor, Julie knew it was essential to learn about nutrition and exercise to reduce the risk of long-term effects from the chemo but had no idea where to begin.

I'M NOT LIKE MOST HEALTH AND FITNESS PROFESSIONALS.

I started as a personal trainer where my job was to design exercise programs mostly for clients who were interested in weight loss.


But something was missing . . .


My clients needed more than just to be told what to do and how to move. They needed a supportive mentor and wellness authority to help them feel their best while making food & lifestyle changes . . . so I became a wellness and nutrition coach in order to fully support my clients while they were making these extraordinary changes.


In addition to coaching, I dove into learning about corrective exercise and helping clients post-rehab so I could effectively create exercise programs to meet their needs when they had injuries or other physical limitations pop up.


Because let's face it. . . . life happens.


The undercurrent is that I wholly care about my clients and their well-being. Making changes is hard, and I want you to have a co-pilot helping you to navigate the bumps and detours while you're making them.


I am here to support you physically and mentally during the process.
